Privacy Policy

StingLabs ("StingLabs", "we", "us") respects the privacy of visitors to stinglabs.io (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and your rights. We handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy law, including Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Using the Site constitutes acceptance of this policy.

Information you provide voluntarily: If you contact us (for example via a contact form or by email), we may collect your name, email address, company, role, and the content of your message. Providing this information is at your discretion.

Information collected automatically: When you browse the Site, standard technical information is collected, including your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, and access times. This is used mainly for operation, security, and statistics, including through the hosting provider's server logs.

Cookies: The Site may use cookies and similar technologies for proper operation and usage measurement. See section 9.

3. How We Use Information

• responding to inquiries and getting back to you;
• operating, maintaining, and improving the Site and user experience;
• security and prevention of misuse;
• complying with legal obligations.

4. Sharing With Third Parties

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared with service providers acting on our behalf (for example cloud hosting and infrastructure and analytics tools, including Google / Firebase services), solely to provide the service. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law or by order of a competent authority, or to protect our rights.

5. International Transfer of Information

Some of our service providers operate servers outside your country (including in the European Union and the United States). Using the Site constitutes consent to the transfer and storage of information abroad, subject to applicable law.

We take reasonable measures to protect information security. However, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against intrusion or misuse, and cannot warrant that information will be completely secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law, whichever is longer.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access the information we hold about you and to request its correction or deletion. 10. Children's Privacy

The Site is not intended for children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information about them. If you believe a child has provided information without a guardian's consent, please contact us and we will act to remove it.
